If you are a NEW PARTICIPANT, please complete the registration form and then look for an automated email that will validate your account and give you further instructions. Sometimes the automated email goes to junk mail, so check there or email us for assistance.

If you are a RETURNING PARTICIPANT, you will be prompted to answer some demographic questions for research purposes. After completing the questions, click "Submit", then click on the Dashboard link, where you can choose the version of the modules that you would like to access.
